The North End Estate
Challenge: integrate a large outdoor living space with a historic 1920s home without looking overly modern. Solution: a seamless slate-texture stamp finished with an antique walnut chemical stain to mimic aged stone, so the patio reads as if it had always been there.

Challenge: a 15,000 square foot commercial facility requiring a high-tolerance, level pour during peak winter freeze conditions. Solution: winter pour protocols, including ground-thawing blankets and a heated mix, kept the slab within spec and on schedule.

Challenge: a steep incline driveway needing maximum traction without sacrificing a high-end look. Solution: a custom seeded exposed aggregate finish using local river rock, sealed with a penetrating sealer for grip that lasts through the winter.

How long does new concrete take to cure?
Concrete is walkable in 24 to 48 hours and ready for vehicle traffic in about seven days, but it continues to cure and gain strength for roughly 28 days. We give you a written cure-time protocol for your specific pour and finish.Can you pour in winter?
Yes. Treasure Valley winters are part of the plan. For cold-weather pours we use ground-thawing blankets, heated mix, and insulated curing so the slab reaches strength safely rather than freezing green.What warranty do you offer?
Every structural pour carries a written workmanship warranty. Concrete naturally develops fine hairline surface checks over time, so we walk you through what is normal and what we stand behind before the project starts.
