Foundations and slabs, poured to tolerance.
Builders source Grayline because the slab is flat, the schedule holds, and the reinforcement is where the plans say it is. Every time.

Structure first
Reinforcement and drainage are decided before the truck is booked.
The difference between a slab that lasts and one that fails is almost always underneath it. We size rebar and mesh to the load, compact the sub-base, and detail drainage on paper before anyone orders concrete.
- Sub-base and compaction
Engineered fill, compacted in lifts and tested, so the slab bears evenly and does not settle.
- Reinforcement
Rebar or mesh sized and placed to the structural plan, chaired off the base at the right depth.
- Drainage detail
Slopes, weeps, and channel drains set before the pour, where they are actually effective.

Cold weather
Winter pours that reach strength instead of freezing green.
Treasure Valley builders cannot afford to stop pouring in December. We run cold-weather protocols so a winter slab cures safely: heated mix, ground-thawing blankets, insulated curing, and temperature logging until it is out of the danger window.
- Heated mix and accelerators when the forecast calls for it
- Ground-thawing blankets and insulated curing
- Temperature monitoring until the slab is safe
- Documented protocol handed off with the job
For builders and GCs
Do you pour to a flatness spec?
Yes. For commercial and garage slabs we pour to an FF/FL tolerance and can provide readings. Tell us the spec in the bid documents and we will hold it.How much lead time do you need?
For a standard residential foundation, about one to two weeks depending on the season and inspection schedule. Cold-weather pours need a little more so we can stage heat and blankets.Do you coordinate with our inspector?
Always. We schedule the reinforcement inspection before the pour and work to your inspector's calendar so nothing sits open longer than it has to.
